Accessibility Statement
Brain Dance Designs LLC is committed to making In the Mood accessible and usable for people with disabilities.
Last updated: September 2, 2026
Our accessibility goal
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible. This is an ongoing goal, not a claim that every page or third-party service has been formally certified or is free of accessibility barriers.
Measures we take
Our accessibility work includes:
- Using semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive link text.
- Supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.
- Providing form instructions, validation messages, and status notifications.
- Using responsive layouts, readable text, and color combinations designed for sufficient contrast.
- Reviewing accessibility as the website and its features evolve.
Known limitations
Some event information and linked websites are supplied and controlled by third parties. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of an organizer's website, ticketing service, venue, or submitted event content. Address suggestions and other third-party-powered features may also behave differently across combinations of browsers and assistive technologies. If a feature is not accessible to you, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or assistance another way.
Feedback and assistance
We welcome feedback about accessibility barriers. Please identify the page or feature, describe the problem, and tell us your preferred way to receive a response when possible.

Assessment approach
In the Mood is assessed through internal review during design, development, and testing. We continue to improve the service as we identify issues and receive feedback from users.
